How long does shipping take and is it free?
We offer free standard shipping on all mattress orders within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery usually takes between 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
What is your 100-night sleep trial policy?
We want you to love your new bed. You can test your mattress for up to 100 nights. If you are not completely satisfied after the initial 30-day break-in period, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different model.
Do you offer old mattress removal services?
Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery service for an additional fee, which includes the setup of your new mattress and the eco-friendly removal and disposal of your old mattress and foundation.
What kind of warranty comes with my mattress?
Every mattress purchased from The Mattress Shop comes with a limited 10-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, such as permanent indentations greater than 1.5 inches.
